Why in news?
On February 19, India and Kenya signed an Implementation Framework Agreement for a DigiLocker pilot project during the India AI Impact Summit in New Delhi. It enables secure digital storage and real-time verification of documents to cut paperwork and improve public services for students, businesses, and institutions.
