Suryastra is India’s first indigenous long-range, multi-calibre rocket launcher system, developed by Pune-based NIBE Limited in collaboration with Israel’s Elbit Systems. It was inducted into the Indian Army in January 2026 under a Γ’βΒΉ293 crore emergency procurement deal.
