The DAANVEER Initiative was launched on 29 July 2026 by Shri Vivek Bharadwaj, Secretary of the Ministry of Panchayati Raj to strengthen digital infrastructure in Gram Panchayats through voluntary citizen contributions of computers and digital equipment.
